1. Scope of Services
The services provided include pet care, such as feeding, water replacement, cleaning of the pet’s environment, walks, companionship, administration of medication (when authorized), and other care previously agreed upon with the pet owner.

2. Responsibility and Pet Well-Being
The caregiver commits to treating the pet with respect, care, responsibility, and safety, ensuring its well-being throughout the entire service period.
The pet owner must inform in advance of any health conditions, aggressive behavior, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs of the pet.

3. Required Information from the Pet Owner
The pet owner must provide:

Pet’s name and age
Feeding instructions and schedule
Emergency contact information
Veterinary details, if necessary
Authorization for veterinary care in case of emergency

4. Veterinary Emergencies
In case of an emergency, the pet owner authorizes the caregiver to take the pet to a veterinarian or trusted clinic.
All veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

5. Payment
The service fee will be agreed upon in advance between both parties, according to the type of care, number of visits, walks, or boarding period.
The payment method will also be arranged beforehand.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a partial charge, as previously agreed.

7. Safety and Trust
The service is provided with full responsibility, commitment, and respect for both the pet and the owner, always aiming to offer a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment.
